Overwhelmed at Work? Check out these mindset tips to help you get unstuck and started again!
🤯If you're dealing with overwhelm at work or first-time manager burnout, I have an answer for you!
If you are feeling stuck in analysis paralysis, it's probably because you're trying to do too much all at once. Maybe you're also thinking, "I've never done this before," so you're scared to fail.
Here’s my tip:
—>Instead of feeling overwhelmed by large projects or making massive change, consider a “pilot” program or doing a “small test of change.”
This reduces risk by only trying something new out in a small area.
And it allows you to learn and make tweaks to your program or process before making the changes elsewhere.
The biggest learning I can share with you is that sometimes we will never feel ready to get started. Action breeds confidence. So take one step, than another, and then another. The more movements you take, the better you will feel.
